For the past year I have furthered my education by following a course in nutrition. I have a master’s degree in Biotechnology Engineering, where I have learnt a lot about biochemistry and how nutrition affects the body, but I was lacking a human aspect. How do people feel, when they eat certain foods? And how can I work with people directly and on a more human level?
I found the answer in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is a yearlong online course (see more here). At the end of the course I can call myself an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
Well, guess what? You can now call me an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach as I graduated this month 🙂

I am now qualified to coach people reach their own personal health goals. Every body has different health goals. Some people want to lose weight, others have certain food sensitivities (often without knowing it) and need to change their food habits to exclude these foods and others may want to feel good about them again and stay healthy.
Staying healthy is so important. Staying healthy helps prevent lifestyle diseases such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, and many many more. Needless to say that life is so much more enjoyable without any of these ailments. But how do you become healthy? And how do you STAY healthy?
I am proud to say that I have the answers to these questions and I can help YOU become the healthiest and happiest version you could ever wish for!
Health doesn’t come over night and we have to be patient with ourselves and with our bodies. Even if that can be hard at times, it is so worth it, because you will feel so much better on the other side!
You also have to be patient with me. My baby is only 4 months old and still needs me 24h a day and I can therefore not spare any time helping you at the moment! So please, stay tunes for more information about this later this year! 🙂
In the meantime – be kind to yourself!
