What are YOU grateful for?

On this last Monday before Christmas I want to focus on GRATITUDE! I have so many things to be grateful for and I invite you to think about the things YOU are grateful for.

13941544468_1e4db1b6bd_bMany healthy people swear by a gratitude journal. Have you tried it? Every evening before bed, write down 5 things you are grateful for! It is supposed to be life changing after you’ve done it for a while.

I don’t think I can explain why or what happens, but it is true, that since I am sending gratitude out in the world, I feel happier and more confident.

I truly believe that one of the important secrets to healthy living is gratitude!
